The Institute administration reports directly to the Vice President for Research. The Institute is currently guided by an Executive Advisory Committee (EAC) composed of the Vice President for Research, the Dean of Science, the Dean of Engineering, and the Director of Research and Sponsored Programs. ICEE is currently selecting representatives from Federal and State agencies and private companies to be included on the Executive Advisory Committee.  The Center for Ecology and Environmental Technology (CEET) and the Center for Louisiana Inland Water Studies (CLIWS) are integral parts of ICEE and contribute significantly to the Institute's success. CEET manages excellent research facilities that are available for university, government and private researchers to improve the understanding of natural and managed resources to sustain both environmental quality and economic development. CLIWS focuses on the identification of pollution problems, sources of pollution, mitigation, and control of pollution from both point and non-point sources in rivers, bayous, streams and lakes.
